Tomato "Bolshaja mamochka".

Very early determinant (limited growth) undersized variety.
Juicy red, heart-shaped fruits (weighing 220-340 g) ripen on the plant in 85-95 days.
Pulp with a rich sweet taste, high content of nutrients and lycopene -
the indisputable advantage of the new variety is for fresh consumption, preparation of juices, tomato sauces and pasta.
Recommended for cultivation in open ground and film greenhouses.

Ingredients:
• 5 kg tomatoes (half red, half green);
• 1.5 kg sweet pepper (pepper can be replaced with carrots in the same amount);
• 1 kg onions;
• 1 glass of sunflower oil;
• 2-3 cloves of garlic;
• 0.5 pods of red hot pepper;
• 50 g each of dill and parsley;
• salt to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Chop and simmer tomatoes, onions and peppers separately in sunflower oil.
2. Mix everything together, add dill, parsley, hot pepper, garlic, salt and simmer for another 5 minutes.
3. Arrange in jars, roll up and cool slowly under a blanket.
Store in a cool place.
